I am excited to be linking up with Daph once again for Semi Wordless Wednesday!
"What Would Kate Wear?" is a question I find myself often asking when out shopping... with just reason! The Duchess of Cambridge has a very classic style that is extremely accessible for us "commoners."
I have been closely following the Royal Couple's current Canadian tour and I can't help but to notice the beautiful pumps Kate is always sporting.
Take a look...
Gorgeous, right? I love that Kate plays around with the texture and heel height of her pumps... she is able to wear the elegant, classic style expected of her while bringing in quite a bit of youthfulness!
With a little internet searching, I have found several pairs of shoes worthy of Kate (prices ranging from $59-$224). Tell me what you think... would you wear these? Can you picture the Duchess wearing them?
COLE HAAN AIR TALIA PUMP
I think the first ones are great (and on sale), I like the little metal detail at the heel. Also, since Cole Haan is owned by Nike, they use some of the same Nike Air technology so they're more comfortable than your average pump. I can't recall her in a peep toe (at least not for day), but I love those Enzos, esp. in the nude and navy choices. Let us know if you invest in a pair!

I thoroughly enjoyed this post, because I'm SUCH an admirer of Kate's style! (Although IMHO, she's looking a little too skinny in some of those pictures.) I love her shoes and the ones you posted.
ReplyDeleteI was so curious about Kate's shimmery legs earlier this year that I did some delving to find out what kind of pantyhose she wears. Apparently they're a UK brand called Aristoc. When the weather cools off again, I'm ordering some for myself!

She is such a beautiful lady in all the sense that a lady is meant to be....I love the nude pumps because they will never go out of style but I'm also fond of the Joan and David....very classy.
